Website ranking significant decrease

Dear Experts,
For some mistake, I blocked traffic from googlebot since 10/10/2014. On 10/17/2014, the error is resolved. But in the meantime, Google ranking for all of my keywords were went down very far. As shown on screenshot: Screenshot at 10:26:05 | ScreenCloud

Is it the root cause? Or my site is affected from Penguin 3.0 update?

Please give me some direction. Your idea will be highly appreciated.

  • What kind of website do you have? Is it a little niche site that rarely gets updated?

      It is a static site, content doesn't regularly updated.

    And In How Much Of Time Gap You Updates Your Site ??

    Possible Steps To Take :

    - Update Old Posts
    - Interlink Older Posts With Newer Links
    - Post Some More Articles Regularly
  • It takes some time to appear in search result once you block your website. Check when was the last time your website was crawled by the Google. Also check whether your domain is disallowed in robots file. Submit once again in search engines to index fast.
