Is this classed as a backlink or am I better off embedding our YouTube video for Google to notice it?

Capterra has really good ranking on Google, so would like to make the most of this opportunity.

      Not going to happen considering the embed code is an iframe.

      Besides, even If (it's not) it was a backlink it would be a backlink for Vimeo not OP.
