Why I am observing Rank fluctuation and no Progress for one website?

Hello,
I am working for this website: corelmould.com since last 2 months. Till now I could not able to make all keywords appear in SERP of Google. Out of 10 targeted keywords only 5 keywords found. Those are also not stable. Sometimes completely disappeared from SERP and sometimes again found. Can anybody please suggest me what techniques I should implement to get better ranking for this website?
