Renting out links from a 30 DA site

Hi,
I have a site in the health niche which is not making a lot with adsense. I am not really bothered to update the site anymore since the income is not worth it. It has a DA of 30 and gets some traffic every month through google.

If I rent out links on the site, what do you think I could get from each link per month? I was thinking renting out 10 links. Each link get a new post with relevant content.

What is the pagerank, is the backlink profile natural?

If it's based on some Fiverr/SeNukeX type of spam blasts it's worth nothing.

Pretty much what @nik0 said. Any type of spam type back-links or auto generated content will only hurt those that will rent it out.

To know how much you can get from link sales, find out what others are charging on WSO threads and text links marketplaces like Text Link Ads.

Thanks for your answers guys. The PR is 1. The site is not that old and I have built it up from scratch.

The link profile is not 100% natural, I bought some PR3-4 backlinks a few months back. I guess you could call them a bit spammy. Blogs with post about everything and nothing. But I have not bought any fiverr gigs and other really spammy stuff.

The content is good, it is maybe not top-notch, but "unique" and "hand-written". I have real visitors from google so my site offer some value.

I doubt you will have much takers at any price. You can get that kind of domain regularly for cheap and use the whole domain not just get one link.

    Hi,

Just check your back links and then you nee to perform the SEO activities so that you can increase your ranking and income and one thing you need to check whether your website is effected with any update or you have been spammed.
