Can you first tell us what you did in the last 4 months?

It's not unlikely you unintentionally penalized your own site already, in that case you start with removing/disavowing links and after that you can focus on new solid links.

    Some broad advice:

    1) Remove the anchor text links from your signature, if you want to link from there (makes no sense btw as this is an IM forum not a real estate forum) then use your URL as anchor, eg hxxp://www.sumangaliresidences.com, obvious replace the xx with tt, it's just so it won't convert to a hyperlink in this post.

    2) Your anchor profile mainly consists of money keywords like we call them, you need way more diversity, think of brand anchors like your domain name / URL, generic ones like Click here, Visit site, name anchors for example your first name and/or last name. Sentence anchors like "Check out our condo's at Suman Gali Residences" or with your keyword in it like: "seaview villa's in Chennai, only few left"

    3) According to Ahrefs your strongest links come from the Warrior Forum, that makes no sense as those are as weak as they can be, besides that they are nofollow so have no influence on your rankings (though they do have the ability to penalize you),

    4) Most of your links come from low quality web directories and social bookmark sites, ask the webmasters to remove them if they are on complete irrelevant directories and get rid of those bookmarks as well, if your request doesn't get honored you should disavow them.

I understand you did a lot of effort to get links on 169 domains (or maybe you just bought a Fiverr blast), but those sites are far from ideal for you and thus it's no surprise you don't rank.

When you clean up your links I expect that there's not a single legit link left, so you need to make a restart, and this time in a solid way instead of buying some gigs here and there or using spam softwares as that's what happened now.

    • BTW - I don't think that's great advice to jump to such conclusions and recommend disavowing... That should be the last thing you do... Even if your site is not penalized its gonna be on the radar... G's algo is going to be super sensitive to any future link building post disavow... and you've put yourself into a corner... Looks like you just read that out straight from a text book... and on to a parrot...

  • That's because sites take longer to rank in Google these days. It's one of Google's anti-spam strategies to delay the rankings of new sites for up to 6 months before letting them rank for highly searched keywords.

  • Yep all new sites are in the sandbox... Link creation velocity needs to be real low! Like if you only get 100 visitors in a month then only create 1-2 back links.. or do nothing... and at least keep it below 10% against traffic stats... For the first 6 months the emphasis should be on quality and consistent new content in order to climb out of the sandbox... as G's algo is real sensitive to new sites... It loosens the grip after a while once your site has satisfied the algorithmic criteria's that your website is not a "fly by night spammer - get rich quick scheme"... I really think sometimes with new sites the algo is testing to see if web masters become impatient and let loose with inappropriate means to attempt to game the system.... These days its about being slow and steady... especially from the onset...

Of course the exceptions are big brands plus social signals... but again G's algo is able to detect these type of exceptions....

What a bunch of parrots here, is this what the WF becomes? Looks like it's even worse then before Freelancer bought it. Not really a great advertisement to outsource work over there.

    • Where does this crap come from? I have no problems ranking new websites. Don't spam it into oblivion but sitting there playing yourself in the imaginary sandbox is a waste of time.

Don't you have some homework to do?
  • Best techniques to improve the ranking of keywords is

    1) Sort out the all seo technical issues of website
    2) Add unique content & meta tags website pages
    3) Optimize image and heading
    4) Submit website in Google and bing webmaster tools
    5) Create and upload the xml sitemap in website
    6) Submit your website in high authority social bookmarking sites
    7) List your business in local business listing sites
    8) Submit article, press release and blog post in respective sites
    9) submit images and video
    10) Create and submit the slides share in their respective sites.
  • Right then - I've looked at the website from the originators profile re: Sumangali Residences.
I've looked at the backlinking profile and checked how the website responds to search to test for any algorithmic penalties... Verdict: No penalties...

The advice to disavow all links is a terrible one and worse yet is damaging for the points I outlined...

The best advice is to carry on... Diversify the linking profile so that the target keywords are less than 20% (my preference) with the remaining being made up of generic terms like click here, brand name as as well as long tail variations related to property market and location in order to build a better profile which looks natural.... In addition some of the links also need to go to deeply nested pages and not just to the home page...

The advice given to carry on is most definitely correct... With regards to improving on page SEO.. This is also correct...

To disavow all links at this stage is plain and simple wrong and from supposed BS expert who thinks they know it all... Post disavow G will put that website under greater scrutiny... So your advice is actually dangerous...

Plain and simple just about every website listed for the top 10 shows obvious signs of manipulating the SERPs.... But with this supposed expert opinion then its obvious every single website in the world should disavow all links.... For sure there is more intelligence found in an ant than this raving looney....

Perhaps you can tell him where he can find thousands of relevant quality links to bring his target keywords down to 20 percent.

What a freaking clown are you, offering a solution that 99.9 percent of people are never able to achieve.

Dilluting anchor profile, it all sounds so simple in words, till you have to start doing it, you know what most people end up with in an attempt to do that? Even more spammy links that pushes them even further from their goal.

Solution 1: Get two new domains and do a double redirect

Solution 2: Clean up links and disavow the rest.

      SImple as that.

You know why you come up with such ridiculous unpractical solution? Cause you're a teenager that wants to be the wise guy, your own words already revealed that early in the thread by claiming that his backlink profile is non spammy while you hadn't even looked at the link profile yet.

      Retards plenty!

...but you have irrelevant nofollow forum sig links. What's the problem?

Lol at the serious answers for a spammy OP profile name with spammy sig links.
