First off, and as already said plenty of times before, if you're running Wordpress it's kind of hard to go wrong with most free on page SEO tools, depending on what you need specifically. I've personally never seen a paid plugin I cared much for (I stick with Yoast). As for auditing tools, there's too many choices - depending on what the rest of your arsenal looks like, you may very well pick up a free auditing tool mixed in with one package deal or another, and they all more or less seem to do the same thing: check heading tags, keyword density, keyword decoration, broken links, etc etc etc.

And though you didn't ask, I thought it might be fruitful to point out that it's best to still do a lot of your on page auditing by hand. The automated auditing tools are great for catching embarrassing mistakes and keyword over-optimization, but they can't strategize for you, and most don't seem to pick up on whether or not a hierarchical semantic structure or decent UI has been implemented.
