Local SEO Citation Services

Hi

I reguarly post asking about this but it seems like an area many can't advise.

I'm looking for a provider or a gig or service to use that will take the hassle out of finding and creating local citations for my clients. My end goal is to get my clients businesses on page1 of googles serps for a local keyword on the MAPS listings.

Is there anyone that can advise?

On fiverr I see lots of "30 Citations Service with KML" etc but not convinced these can work for me for $5.

So whats the deal. Who has ranked on gmaps for terms like "Builders London" etc on the maps

  • Greetings, i am sorry to see your hassle, but i am also confuse, if you are doing a service for your own Clients, how come you can not manage finding relevant "Local Citations"?? Perhaps you are doing web site development and maybe you need SEO?- then if that is the case here is a very simple way to find local citations , get into your preferred search engine, I would prefer Google, and then Type "Local Citations" or "City" Local Directory Listings, you will get lots of ideas. Fiverr is a great place to find talented people, but i would stay away from those "30 Citations" cause they might be doing it with a software and it is not advised. I hope this was helpful.

      I understand your point if I had 1 client but I've a few sales staff and a small setup and the work is coming in too quickly for me to do each one in turn and I'm looking to delegate tasks and grow as a business so finding a solution is my objective

    They do submissions for like 3 bucks per.

  • Keep in mind just doing citations isn't going to sky rocket you to the top.

    If money isn't an issue, you'll want a provider that can fill out the big citation sources and then hunt down hyper local / niche-specific sources. Someone who knows what they're doing will also realize that unstructured citations (those not on a "business directory") are very important, too. This can be a long process, and you really have to commit to do it on an ongoing basis.

    Not sure if Whitespark and Brightlocal provide that level of service, but they'd at least get you a decent foundation.

    If money is an issue, you can go with a Fiverr gig, then just log into the accounts they create and fill out the profiles with more details, images, etc. I think some gigs will even do that much for you, but I imagine you'll have to do some back and forth when they miss some things.

    Whitespark, Google search and a bit of imagination is the best combo for building great citation authority.
