Help me to get the best domain name choice for my new site

Hi,
I have new to establish new site about reviewing special niche of digital products
and found 4 domain name choices
niche= my site niche main keyword
1-niche.net(available)
2-niche.co(available)
3-Getniche.com(available)
4-I have old domain from 2008 with pr 3 it is general name not related to any niche
so, for SEO expert what is the best choice from these domain names?

      I will register all of them ,sure , they are premium domain names in my view
      but for main domain name , I'm not sure WHAT IS THE BEST

      what if I redirect the old domain to new one of the first 3 options?
