Will change of business name affect somehow?

I am really confused about this problem. I have a business name(not domain name) suppose XYZ and I want to change it to ABC. My business name is in my domain name also and I am ranking on 1st page of Google. Now, for some reasons that website will be shut down in few weeks. And, I created a new website with same business name(different domain name), but, I need to change it to ABC now. My Question is how can I let my viisitors to get to my new website if they are still searching for the old business name. Is it possible to do this? them to the same new website. Or what else is possible to do this. Please help!!!
