MAke a list of top 10 Blogs ranking for that particular keywords... and just replicate their backlinks strategy is known as reverse SEO.

Matthew have written a quite interesting post on that.... so just refer that and Tank....

its just analyzing your competitor site for what factors it is ranking, from where the backlinks are coming, social signals etc
