with the state of SEO today that favors a page that has lots of content than a page that has almost no content (for example: a squeeze page)

how can my squeeze page that only contains a headline and bullet lists can be found or rank in Google using SEO?

Within 40 words, you state that good, full content is the way forward, and then ask how you can move forward without doing that? Stop being lazy and add a bit more information to that squeeze page. If you can't write 250-500 helpful words that help contribute information to your readers while increasing your conversions/CTR, then hire someone who can.

The answer to your question is so obvious - add more content to the page. To give your site a better chance of ranking high, add a blog to the site and publish 10+ articles talking about topics in your niche. This can also increase the site's overall traffic and help you get more opt-ins.
