try to do as many local citations for boost in ranking. and there should not be NAP difference.

It's not all about citations if it were don't you think all these people offering cheap citations would just simply be charging for ranking? They don't because at the end of the month they have to answer when the listing barely improves or if at all. I know I do over 20 things consistently every month to get my listings to rank. Then once I have picked the easy to reach fruit I start going after the smaller less important factors.
