Terrible ranking? Anti SEO?

I have created a blog regarding some illegal activity I have encountered by a Solicitor.

However, the blogs ranking is extremely bad. We have a number of websites so I have a reasonable idea on ranking, but no expert knowledge.

How can I tell if this company is doing something to effect the ranking? The blog has been live for about 3 months+ so its not that its waiting to be indexed.

Even when searching for multiple keywords that would be a unique combination for the blog, other much less relevant sites rank far above it.

Am I allowed to post a link to the blog?

Any feedback would be great

I don't know if you can post a direct link but you can probably post a link like www dot example dot com and we can have a look.

I hope you know what you are doing taking on a solicitor BTW

    Hi,

Do a quick search with your domain in quotations and Google will bring up all pages which have your domain listed. Next, if you have GWT, it would be a good idea to check if you have any negative links pointing to your website. This has been an issue before and Google introduced disavow tool to help you remove some spammy links hitting your websites.

I would start with those "2" however if I were you, I would be sure you are 100% sure about the illegal activity because false accusation especially after a lawyer can get nasty.

    Thanks,

    Thanks guys really appreciated

I've googled the url and I don't get anything. I don't have GWT and I'm not confidant I'd be able to use it.

This is the url, broken up: http:// chilterns-story. blogspot. co.uk/

I know this is dangerous but as long as I only publish the truth I should be okay. The blogs has been live now for about 4 months and no comeback as yet.

Here is an example of the problem. chiltern solicitors "charles goldthorpe" - Bing

Then the blog doesn't appear. However, looking at this it does now seem to be appearing on google. But I'm not sure if my computer is just being helpful.

    Any feedback would be great

Your blog is not indexed in Google and from what I can see is that you have 0 links pointing at it, so bad links can't be the reason.

Add your site to Google Webmasters and use the fetch URL tool inside their dashboard.

Oh wait it's a blog spot right, not sure if that's even possible. Building a few links should be enough to get it indexed though or maybe that Google tool takes care of it, just give it a few days.
