Hi,

The primary keyword domain for my website is available, .co.uk and .com.

A lot of businesses and SEO guru's but domains and 301 permanent redirect that domain to their money site - my question is, does this actually have any affect to SEO?

Need some good answers here backed up with evidence - let's chat.

Lol at you asking for evidence.

Unless the redirected domains have decent domain authority, they won't help the main domain SEO-wise. The short and simple answer.

    Obviously a 301 redirects pages/URLs, backlinks point at pages/URLs.

If you need proof, do it.
