How Much Visitors Do I Lose To Youtube

I rank physical product niches and am hugely annoyed by several Youtube video's ranking above me at #1 and me at #2 (several as in multiple niches).

They require quite a bit more effort to outrank which is just a waste of money and only caused by Google giving special treatment to their own properties.

How much traffic do I actually lose to such video ranking above me? Do you think people are inclined to click on it or shouldn't I be bothered about it.

    I do alot of video marketing on Youtube & Google for local, affiliate, and physical marketing. If I get the thumbnail right, I can get well above the average CTR for the #1 spot.
