the use google search like that for relevant forum and backlink ...

then create account and post relevant comments and leave your backlink .

I don't think so, roysrooter. Firstly, many moderators of forums will ban your account if you just want to use their forums to add backlinks for your site. Secondly, if your site only has forum links, it looks unnatural and Google will not like it. Plus, many forums where signature is available are webmaster forums (SEO, Social media discussion, etc), so if your website is not about these topics, then these backlinks are very less effective.

In my opinions, I think the better way (if you only have 10+ minutes time a day) is to exchange backlinks with other websites in your niche. Try to write an email or two emails a day and send them to the webmasters who you think would probably exchange links with you, that's it! Simple and effective!

Nothing to do in 10 minutes for SEO.
Today's SEO is too much difficult. So you need to sped more times with SEO get a good result. In 10 Minutes, You can't do anything, Even for a single blog comments or forum post, it takes 10 minutes.

So, what you can do in 10 minutes???

Now the day google give many update in seo . so it is very difficult to get ranking and visitor for our website . so you have to spent more and more time for your website to do seo. otherwise you can not get anything like ranking or visitor or traffic and many more ........

I would suggest you to work on getting backlinks and also promoting your site.

There are two things that will really boost up your rankings in the search engines; 1) Backlinks and 2) Social Shares.

Ask people bluntly to share your content in their social networks. At the same time you could be getting backlinks from blog commenting.

Spend some time promoting your blog all over too. One good way to drive targeted visitors to your site is from forums. You can spend some time posting in forums.

On site:

Check all your page titles and meta descriptions. They're the first thing people see before they even get to your site.
More content for your site - two or three 10 minute sessions should give you a reasonable length new piece of content

Off site:

Forums
Facebook/Twitter/etc
Videos - you could record a short video in less than 10 minutes and then upload/optimise it the next 10 minutes
Blog commenting (sensibly, not spam)

Generally:

Apply the 80/20 rule with a vengeance so that you're being as productive as possible in the time available.

This is exactly what I would do. Also hire someone to help you. Can be little things such as iWriter or something on Fiverr...specifically for content generation. You can spend 10 minutes a day and maybe $25 a week on decent content to build out a lot of pages fairly quickly...though speed isn't as important as consistency. Google loves consistency.
