  • I personally have never searched for a product/service in my zip code. I search for city names. Have you done any keyword research? I could be dead wrong, just a suggestion.

    • I second this but if you've done your research and you're sure zip codes are the way you want to go, then I would definitely do a unique page for each zip code.

Yes it is a lot of work. It's a lot of work to be the best at what you do.
  • I do get some decent search results with zip codes. May nt be real winners, but I wanted to rank high for them and hopefully help to rank some of my main KW in the long run..
  • If you don't want to make it look spammy then write your content in a natural way, with your target audience in mind. The length of the content doesn't matter as long as you give the information you think your audience might looked for on your site.

I had a few newb questions. I have a local service website and it has about 30 pages for each keyword I want to rank. 5 main pages have about 1000 words, and Secondary pages under each of the main KW have about 400-500 words.
