I need some suggestions I am a seo expert (and not know advanced programing) .I want to make a seo company website.I have an idea that I will offer other seo experts to work with me.I will get jobs from top freelancer websites and then i will refer those jobs to the freelancer that will work with me.I will get 25% of total revenue and freelancer will get 75%.
I will also present a complete written tutorial package in website
The following are the things that i want to add in my website.
1:Home Page ( where I will show that we are a company with several freelancers)
2:Learn Seo (In this section there is learning material about seo)
3:Hire Us (If anybody will want to hire us.He/she can hire)
4:Job Board (Here will be jobs list .If someone want to post job then he can post jobs here and freelancer can apply for job if anyone want)
5:Blog

What you are say about this idea and what i should do more(or in replace)

    Why would a freelancer go through you and not directly to the SEO marketplace? What value are you adding to the freelancer?

      Every freelancer not get jobs easily.And i alreedy getting more jobs so i will divide my work(job).......!?
      Lets Suppose There is Only learning material and a blog.Is it well??

        an interesting offer, but definitely would love to hear what advantages freelances can get should they went into this alliance with you? beside the fact that you have the jobs pool and simply divide it amongst your freelancers.

    If you are a SEO expert then I think you shouldn't do SEO work for other people. I mean if you can make a website become famous in google then I believe you can make a lot of money without working for anyone.

    The way you are going to do will take you a lot of time for management and not sure how much money you can get. Other than that, you have to take care the risk all of time.

      I will be thankful much if u help me in one more thing .that what type of website will be easy to manage for me as currently i am an employer in Military hospital and obviously there is not much free time for me...
