    I can't see any reason to use a paid social bookmarking or directory submission service. It wont increase your rankings and it it wont bring you traffic either.

    The problem with Social ADR is that the people bookmarking your site are also bookmarking tons of porn and pharma sites. The nature of the service is that people bookmark lots of random low quality sites. When your link gets added to the cesspit it's not a great signal.
