Final Step... How To Get A Local Client?

So I chose a local niche to rank a site for. Well the site is finally ranking for 6-7 keywords.

My next question is, how do I get clients to rent out the site?

    • Look at the Adwords advertisers for the same keywords (make them a better offer).
    • Look at page #2 of organic SERPs, those guys aren't getting any traffic for your keywords.
    • Like Mike said, pick up the phone.
    • Look at the Services section on Craigslist (do they have a website, do they rank for any keywords?).
    • Look at your local Gov business license online database, any new startups? If so they probably don't have any traffic.
