SEO will be around as long as search engines are?

Do you think this is pretty much too?

Even if some think engines can be rigged - there's too many different searches and things that can be searched for it all to be moved around manually.

It seems like SEO may stay around as long as search engines are.

My personal opinion is that SEO will never go away. It is the best and the most unique way to present people sites they are looking for. Tweaked yes, but never gone.

I agree. As long as search engines are still doing well, and businesses are still working - SEO will still remain alive and kicking. Everybody will need these services someday, somehow for their business. Trends in SEO will definitely change but the SEO itself will never die.

  • No one can guarantee this as search engines don't have any more new parameters left for future to rank websites. They have already consumed all ...

There will always be factors involved in where a page ranks - search engines can't just return a bunch of junk (even though it sometimes seems it)

Whether or not the factors involved in that computer-based decision will still be called SEO, what those factors will be and what weighting each of them will have for any given search may well vary.

But without a working crystal ball it's hard to say for sure.

Usually blogs that post regularly with good keywords and few bounce rates will always win on this game.
