i was wondering if there any way i can spread my rss feed to lots of websites at once? or to register to sites that i can submit my rss to them?

There is a software that can do this for you called rsssubmit but honestly I don't think it will do much good. RSS submission is not going to help your SEO very much if at all. You might get a few links but they will be from scraper sites that are just pulling in content from RSS feeds. Most of the time these sites have no authority and the links don't stay indexed very long.
