Hi, I have a new website from 2 months and from the start I have always worked with:
When I creating a new post, clean the cache with W3C Cache and then submit/ping the sitemap on Google webmaster tool.

And so I ask to you, this is a good way for have quickly indexed of my new post or will be better if I don't submit and clear cache after that created a new post?

Thank you so much

I wouldn't submit every time I post something new... Better wait for Google to naturally visitrs your website and index it!

When you update your website then you have to update your seo/ sitemaps so you have to re-submit your sitemaps so it is good & necessary.

There is nothing wrong in resubmiting and pinging your sitemap when you have new post. Infact, if you re-submit or ping your post will be index quickly.

If you make minor chnages on your website theirs no need to constantly resubitt your sitemap, but if you make major chnages, something like alot of new pages, add new urls then you should resubmitt your sitemap when you create these new urls/pages,

if you change content on a page and nothing else has chnaged in terms of the url then just do a simple "fetch as"

you have got the right idea already :-)
