Hey guys..

several months ago -before the YT updates- I created al most 200 backlinks to one of my videos.... Now they are reduced to almost 40! Almost every day I see the fall of one backlink! How do you guys create your backlinks for the Youtube Videos nowadays?

Thanks

You can rank them better with bookmarks, blog commenting, etc. Rank the you tube video by just like doing SEO for websites.

      Thanks...

How blog commenting ranks my video while they are nofollow?

Sorry but I don't know how I should find bookmarks or guestbooks/guest posts -what are they and how to search/find them-?

      Thanks again

I would advised you treat each video just like you would do SEO for a website, anchor text variation and link building is key. The difference with videos is that they are easier to rank for on YouTube and Google than a website. I would say re-build backlinks to your videos every 90 days.

      Thnk you...

Before YT updates I used GSA SER to do that.. Now I am not sure how should I do that?
I hope anybody who managed to recently rank his video in Google help too...

How people now rank a website using backlinks? Do they use GSA SER too?

You need to share your video on main social networks (Twitter, Fb, G+, LinkedIn, etc) via many (different) people. Also, try to avoid Pligg or Scuttle or under PR5 bookmarking websites.

      Thank you,

forcing people to share your video in social networks is not so easy! Espeaclly when you don't have a lot of followers/friends there... Do you have any solution please?

BTW I want to use GSA SER to rank my video... there in the "social bookmark" tab I can see the Pligg and Scuttle, can you please let me know why I should't use them?

      Thanks

For ranking your video link, You should OFF page SEO techniques like Bookmarking submissions on high PR dofollow websites like StumbleUpon, delicious, Reddit, Diigo and many others can help in improving the ranking. Also write the title and description for the bookmarking websites according to your keyword. But, remember keywords stuffing should not be there.

      Thank you....

When I sign up to social book marks, then I should write articles or so there? Or just add the link of my YT videos in my profile and that's all?

Can you please explain the highlight section by your kind? So I should not use any keyword in bookmarks?

      thanks guys like always...

What you mean by "keywords stuffing" please?
So you mean I should not use any keyword there in the title and description or you mean I should not overdo it?

      thanks

You should used keywords related to your video in social bookmarking. For some social bookmarking you need articles or for some sites you don't need.

Backlinks to a video directly on YT is ridiculously idiotic.
Makes no sense if one actually knew a little about something.

Embed it on a page SEO'd for that video. Of course mark it
up on youtube the way it should be.

Now build backlinks to that page and to your YT channel page.

Get real views from real people in real time. That's up to you,
using FB, twitter, email, your blog, etc.

Do not add spammy links direct to your video, it will hurt it rather than improve it.

You can rank it on youtube with the youtube metrics (retention views, likes, subs and so on).
One of the keys here is to have natural ratio.

Backlinks would help more to rank youtube on google, but avoid spammy links, treat it with quality.

If the keyword has low competition you can easily rank it with youtube views and likes only,
but I always like to add some diversity to keep things natural.

    Keyword Research comes first.

    Good luck

Ok, So yesterday I found several high rank BOOKMARK websites from here:
social bookmarking sites list instant backlink buildup - BayShouters | A practical experience sharing blog.,

I registered in 6-7 of them and added the link of my video and filled the tittles, and then add a few lines of description + tags... Is it good? I want to do that today for 6-7 other bookmark websites and tomorrow again with next 6-7 other bookmarks... till I reach to say 50 backlinks out of bookmark websites...
    Am I right?

Won't it harm my current ranking in any cases instead of improving it?

    Thanks

Share your videos to high PR forums, blogs and social medias. You can post at FB, G+ and other social bookmark sites. There is a tutorial link at my signature about YouTube traffic. If your videos are helpful for people then share it niche related forums. High PR forums are great for creating best backlinks.

Typically YouTube videos in my experience are easier to rank on Google and YouTube than websites, after all Google owns YouTube so why wouldn't they give priority to one of their properties. Makes sense right.

You can start doing a few things like:

Optimizing the keyword and related keywords properly in your title, description and tags. That alone should get you close to the first page depending on the competition of the keywords.

The second step would be link building, in my experience web 2.0's, blog comments and article directories work very well with YouTube. I currently have tons of YouTube videos on the top spots on YouTube and also ranking on the first page of Google.
