hello everyone. i have question

i have a site about web development, but i discover my site is linking to SELLING refferal sites, which is not releted to my site and i didn't do this.

did i hit google penalties of this?

    probably you can be penalized by google.

    Use WebmasterTools to clear your link profile through "Disavow link".

    Is your site linking to those referral sites or are they linking to your site? If it's the latter, simply contact them and ask them to remove the links. I wouldn't worry about the links though, unless they are many.

      my site linking to those referral/selling sites like this (themeforest.net) which is not related my site. my site about web development tutorial. but i didn't do link exchange links. maybe they use my site as a credit resource. maybe i penalize this. right?

    I think Google is now more cleaver, Now the system can differentiate between Natural and un natural back links so u need not to worry about that
