build a new site after penguin

Hey guys, I have a site with just 6 pages, and its a new site, for me is cheaper just build a new site than recovery the penalized site.

I will buy another extension of domain, but to not be penalized by duplicate content, I just have to block the robots in the other site, erase the content and immediately after that can I already copy your content?

    You should just delete the content from your penalized site. Since you are not going to use it anymore, right?!...

    Just transfer the content over to the new one. You should be okay!

    STEPS:

    1. Clone the site to the new domain
    2. Add the penalised domain to webmaster tools if you haven't already.
    3. Use the url removal tool in webmaster tools to deindex the entire domain (the penalised one).
    4. Log into your hosting cPanel and delete the WordPress installation of the penalised domain.

    Follow these steps and your new site won't have any duplicate content issues.
