Regarding Backlink

I have one website entertainment related and my site has 8620 pages index in Google.if i will get backlinks from this site to my new site than its will be beneficial or not ?

For one, Google doesn't really care much about sitewide links anymore. You could get some credit for the link, but you'd want to make sure and do the following:

1) Have both sites hosted on different C-Class IPs
2) Make it a homepage only link
3) Make sure both sites are similar/relevant

Assuming all 3 above are true, you should get some juice out of it!
