When can i see my ranking?

Google ranks website based on the following:
Keyword usage
Site structure
Site speed
Time spent on site
Number of inbound links
Quality of inbound links

It determines which websites are the most useful and relevant by using a complex algorithm. So it will take some time to rank your site. There is no specific time and no one knows.

Forget everything and start this few tips.

1. Proper on-page optimization

2. Revamp your website errors (Try Screaming Frog)

3. Only post quality content (1 quality content is better than 10 only content)

4. Start Bloging on Web 2.0 site like Blogger, wordpess, weebly and more (Use your different-different keywords and optimize, not build link only on keyword )

5. Make Brand on Social site and Post your update (You can also request people to share your stuff)

6. Add your Business into Business Directory site.

7. Wait and take patience for response from Search engines.

This is realy helpfull. I am curently working on point number 7. I was thinking about writing article on wikipedia about my site or at least pull content out of my site and add it to existing topic and link back to my site on wiki. Is this smart thing to do?

Hi, First Your Onpage should be very unique and then you need to create more backlinks for a particular keywords for that you need to submit your backlinks in social media sites, forum posting, business directories and many more should obtain dofollow backlinks...

You need to get other websites to link to your site (these are called backlinks). It will take months before you see much progress unless the keywords you are going for have no or very little competition.

The short story is that I had some new websites set up and began to use SEO techniques, like keywords, backlinks, private backlink networks, SEO optimization, ... etc, etc, etc but my pages were stuck at position 200 to 300 in the Google SERP's for almost 6 months. Nothing moved.

Then I wrote an article without using any SEO techniques ... scrapped all that and did not care about keywords and optimisation ... etc. Just wrote it out in a short story style with proper 'paragraphing' and sub topics with sub-titles. You would not believe it but it ranked within a few days at the bottom of page one of Google search engine results.

New pages on my older websites rank almost immediately - with 2 to 3 days.

Honestly, now I do not know what I should do to get good ranking but I am beginning to suspect that Google has developed comprehension technology that can analyze whether your webpage is genuinely humanly written article or crafted around SEO techniques.

You should check it with Google in your region. I don't think it is found in SERP with a few back-links for website.
