Why don't you just use the re-direct tool in your previous website and divert visitors to your new website? Then again you would have to delete your entire content, change it a bit and then re-post it to your new website.

Use a 301 redirect to permanently direct search engine bots and visitors to the new pages.

Use 301 redirects and do a page to page redirect by mapping each page on the old site to the corresponding page on the new site. After that, leave the old site up until the 301s have been fully processed (this can take weeks).

If not using 301 redirect, is it ok?

Just copying old content, pasting to new website and deleting old content. Also removing indexed pages from google webmaster.

I see where you're going with that. If you want to keep your same traffic from one site, even after removing the pages, you will need to redirect Google to the new page(s). That is not very hard to do. You can find many easy to follow tutorials online as to how this is done. If you don't use a redirect you are literally starting from SEO scratch.
