How to make jobs site look reputable/ trustworthy?

Ignorant people seem to think my site is a scam, i don't know why, it's an employment website where people post there jobs or search for jobs, it looks alright to me but the ignorant and stupid people write SCAM which makes it look bad, how can i make it look good?

    I would start by not blaming others for the issues and take responsibility for it yourself.

    If multiple people are doing that, it probably is more of ignorant site design than ignorant people. It also probably has to do with the type of jobs you are allowing to be posted. For example, if you are allowing MLM's to post as "jobs", I would probably think that is a little shady too. Many MLM's are scams or right on the edge of being one, and the ones that are legit are certainly not what people typically think of as "jobs".

    Hire a good web designer that will make a MODERN design look for your site.

    Modern also means simple and professional.

    If your site looks like it was created in 1997, it won't look professional. It will look like a scam.
