New Site: Launch When All Items Listed OR Update Daily?

Ok so for 2015 I am doing over my domain selling site. Complete revamp of the brand and everything.

So I am adding now my domain names up to about 150 that I have now and of course more when they come into me. Here is my question.

We all know Google likes to see updates happen to a person site. Well in my case i will have weekly articles as well as my own domains for sale. Right now I have a welcome page to let them know the site will be up soon.

Do I go LIVE now with the 30 domains I have and add a few a day OR do I wait till all my domains are added and go live then.

What would be best for SEO if things are done when the site is per say not complete since all my domains have not been listed?

Thoughts or ideas? Think of it as a e-commerce site that does not have all its items listed but if that was the case it would not be ready for about 30 days,

Also should I have articles already posted now OR dont post articles till I am live?

    I think you are over-thinking it.
    If you have got domains for sale, get posted live on the site and start trying to find potential buyers through any channel you can think of.

    Don't rely on Big G to send you traffic as there are some heavy hitters in the SERP's for those domain terms.
    If you are adding/selling domains updates will come naturally, yes?

    Lot's of folks, including myself, have sites that haven't been updated for years, yet retain their positions in the SERP's, a lot depends on the type of site.

    Understand. I got domains listed in multi channels. I was just speaking as far as my site goes how will google like to see it. Undone and continue updating daily OR all done and listing articles and domains every other week or so
