      I am trying to get a tool to find how many back links a certain website would have to rank a certain keyword.

    Well, why are you looking for tools to do that for you I would suggest you heading over the google webmaster tool, and over their you can look over to the number of links pointing over to your site ! And if you want to use some paid tools to do that you can get paid subscription of ahrefs as I think it's something which is most good tool out their !

  • SEO Spyglass has a free version, you just can't save your reports. It's much slower than a service like ahrefs where the data is just waiting to be presented, but it will get the job done
