Adsense earnings on clicks from Singapore?

So even with a lot more traffic than from each of the 1st world countries you still wouldn't make much? what's the average click earning?

To be honest I wouldn't recommend Adsense unless it's being monetized on Youtube videos because YT forces a preroll ad where traffic doesn't have to click any ads & you'll still get paid. The catch is you have to have massive traffic which is doable on YT, the traffic is built in to the site (it already exist).

I stopped running Adsense on my self hosted sites because of all the lousy local small business ads that had nothing to do with the page/site/niche.

I respect Yukon's view a lot here, but I will say that I have been getting clicks
from all over the world, from Singapore to Australia, The United Kingdom to
Pakistan, and everything in between. I seem to make money off of all them.
Sure, United States, UK, AUS, seem to be worth more, but I am a little
surprised as to how much money I make from what some would call
"different" countries.

BTW: Those clicks have never been for 2 cents.

Singapore is quite a wealthy place, actually. Those skycrapers
are not cheap. Richer than Hong Kong per capita.

Really it doesn't even matter considering OP would be lucky to actually get relevant ads. That's the workaround on YT, it doesn't matter If preroll ads are relevant, they pay without anyone clicking. The difference on a self hosted site/page is nobody will click irrelevant ads, especially local ads that have nothing to do with the page/niche.

You are living in a cave. Singapore has repeatedly been voted one of the most expensive cities to live in, right next to Tokyo and London.

I've lived all over the world and can agree with those votes too. Singapore is a very expensive city.

Don't rule out caves.

Again, who cares, Adsense isn't going to show relevant ads so nobody is clicking. No clicks, no money. Don't believe me, waste your time & target an employment niche while monetizing a self hosted site with Adsense. Might as well be targeting ringtones (no money).

I'm gonna have to disagree with you there, cost of living there is pretty high. (food is kinda cheap though, if you know the right places to eat =).

But yeah, Adsense earning from Asian countries in general are pretty low.

I'm from Singapore, so I can tell you that it's a darn expensive place. Our cheapest car here is at least USD$80,000. Our cheapest apartment will cost you at least USD$100,000.

The cast from "Fast and Furious" are also shocked :

You might make about 2 cents per a 100 hits & not much more for a click. Only way to make money with adsense is targeted USA traffic

Yukon getting a geography lesson.

How many Americans have passports, and have traveled outside of continental North America? LOLZ

Found this chart, seemed to always correlate in value correctly for me.

Tier 1: (most traffic comes from US and UK)
United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, Ireland, Norway, Switzerland, South Africa

Tier 2:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden

Tier 3:
All other counties.

I know Singapore is always at Tier 2 but I think it should be a Tier 1 traffic because we are famous for buying.

Anyway, since when these countries are Tier 1?
"Germany, Norway, Switzerland, South Africa"

I always see Tier 1 to only the first 5 countries that you have listed.
