Dear warriors,

I started a campaign in parenting market last week and I'm sure that I'm not breaking any Adwords policy. Until today, my campaign's status still 'Under Review'. I don't know what's wrong with this, I tried to contact them but ends with automatic respond email...

do you guys have ever faced this situation before? how you resolve these problem?

thanks!

Robson

I can't remember how I dealt with this, but you have to go contact Google Adwords and tell them, this isn't normal. Once you figure out how to contact Google via email you're in and they'll fix it--that's the only way.

Best way is to get on the phone to them.

There are a set of reviewers, you will not manage to speak to them but the customer service staff can see their notes/comments, or in your case ask them to prioritise your campaign as one week is too long to wait for a review.

If you do not have a phone number click on the contact us link in your account and there is an online chat option.

Assuming that your ad group does not have a status of paused or deleted, I suggest you edit the ad in question, something small, maybe replace a lower case character with a upper case character, save it - so that the status is 'pending review' or something similiar. Then go back in and edit it back to what it was, save it - so that the status is 'pending review'.

I changed a few of my Google ads today, went to a status of 'pending review' and always (so far) went to a status of 'Approved' within a few minutes.

There may have been a glitch when you inserted the ad a week ago. By doing the above you may unglitch it and allow the system to correct itself.

Hope this helps. Let us know how you get on.

      Kind Regards,
      David

I have done Adwords for a long time and never had a situation like your. That's very unusual. Try to call them if you can. I know these days, they are having lots of changes.

Just wait it out...I had an ad that took 2 weeks.

        Otherwise...just contact them through phone.

Remember to diversify your traffic and projects...because if you just depend on one project or one traffic source...it makes you frustrated and nervous very easily.

Maybe you should also consider SEO...article marketing.

Yes my ad is under review for a while now waiting. I got approved earlier for a display ad quite quickly when I used ad builder. Now that I submitted a custom display ad its taking longer I think.

It happens, especially if you submit anything on a Friday, then the queue really builds up over the weekend. It's rare but I've had ads take forever.

Actually I figured out once you submit a Google display ad do not edit it. Just let it be and you will get approved quicker. Every time you edit it you go back to the end of the queue and it takes longer that way. You can make some changes you require after you get approved.
