Hey guys,

Is there a good software out there that checks on a consistent basis a client's reputation? Prefer to show custom reposts if possible.
Anything good out there? Thanks for the help.

Thanks for your reply. I am looking for anything that was, or is posted about the client's name.
      Mainly bad reputation.
So if there is some bad SERP from places like ripoff reports, or any other place and it shows up on Google. I want to know about it.
I Like to be able to monitor on a daily basis if anything new was posted.
      Possible?

      Mike,
Thanks for the reply, few questions for you...
      1. Can I set Google Alerts to monitor few clients at the same time?
      2. How do I get the alerts? By email?
      3. How can I create a report using Google Alerts? Thought?

      Thanks for your time.

        1) Yes.
        2) Email.
        3) You can create whatever you want. I don't see what is stopping you. Does Google Alerts create a report that you would want to send to a client? No. But you can take the information and do whatever you want with it.

I think what you might be looking for is BuzzBundle Social Media Management Software, Monitoring Marketing Tools

You can engineer this software very easily to search all web platforms for brand name mentions. It can also create accounts to manage complaints as they are found.

Oh yeah, there is that too if you want to monitor social media. It's not a bad tool.

Yeah, but it does basically a web search. Blogs and forums too. Also it can be used both BH and WH to the same effect really.

          True.

I use it in conjunction with Google Alerts. Google Alerts will notify you when they find something. BuzzBundle will only tell you when they find something ranking (or on Twitter, Facebook, etc.).

And we thought SEO was BH? We must be kidding ourselves. ORM has gotten to the point of criminality fairly quickly itself.

I now specifically instruct writers to never use the word "Review" in any document.

I have not seen anyone offering fake reviews or anything of that nature. No one here has promoted that and I find it unreasonable for you to assume that of people who are interested in or who provide legitimate reputation management services

Yes Google alerts + regular search engine searches for brand names is the easiest.

I usually run through that for my ORM clients regularly, also add in social media like Twitter.

Google alerts will shows you the new content alerts, but after all you should check in SERP to get a clear picture. I think there is no other good software for ORM.
