How do follow and no follow backlinks are good?
Which one is best and high priority?
What links will generate more traffic?
and for Search engine rank which one is effective?

Nofollow links will stop the link juice from spreading to other pages.
But dofollow link enforces Google spiders to follow the link and index the page.

Thank you for this. I myself sometimes wondering about also the difference. Although I already searched Google about the definition and difference, the problem is, the longer the article the hardest it is to really understand it all. A concise meaning like your reply really helps. Thanks!

Both links, DoFollow and No Follow are helpful to ranking your site on Search engines. DoFollow links are like as fresh juices. Therefore try to earn high PR Do Follow and No Follow links to your site and get higher SEPR.
    Best of Luck.

Both dofollow links and nofollow links are all "LINKS", you should create both of them, the key is the quality of the links, contextual links are more helpful to your money site, then try to promote the link's authority by create next tier link to them.

Nofollow links do not pass on any authority or anchor relevance. They can be useful for direct traffic, but are useless for SEO.

Nofollow has nothing to do with spiders crawling or not crawling and indexing pages, unlike what was mentioned above.

DoFollow links are always better from high authority sites, but having all of them may not look natural to search engines. It's better to have both.

Do-follow links provide link juice especially from high quality authority sites. No-follow links are also beneficial for referral traffic.

I agree with everybody up there on the do-follow links: they are far better for SEO than no-follow.
It's also true that no-follow links can direct a lot of traffic. That traffic is also important as user behavior in a site has also an impact on your SEO.

  • Try to focus more on do follow links when link building. No follow links are somewhat helpful but always go for do follow if possible.

I agree with what others have said. Do-Follow links are best, but both are helpful for driving traffic to your webpage. Good luck!

Both links is useful in search engine optimization.

Nofollow is a value that can be assigned to the rel attribute of the HTML to instruct the search engines that hyperlink should not link target’s ranking in the search engine’s index. This helps in reducing the effectiveness of some search engine spam, thereby improving quality of the search engine results.

Dofollow is a value that can be assigned to the rel attribute of the HTML to instruct the search engines that hyperlinks can link target’s ranking in the search engine’s index. In short if the webmasters give us a backlink with “dofollow” in the rel attribute, then we get some share of their PageRank and Google would consider the link and our site ranking improves. Similarly if the rel attribute of the HTML is tagged as “nofollow” then it will not be considered by Google and it would impact our website ranking.

What i know is both works but certainly you can get a lot of traffic from the nofollow links though Google count much dofollow link than no follow. And if i were you then frankly speaking i would not care the link is whether dofollow or nofollow, all I care about is how many times i get new clicks from people.

    Hello,
No-Follow links are good to get traffic form comments. While Do-Follow are considered as backlinks and this is what observed by google. If you have good backlinks to your site then it will be ranked first.

Ofcourse content matters. After all content is the king.

    Thanks.

A lot of people saying the same thing in different ways, so I'll chime in too. Overall both are good for their own purposes so it's good to have a mix of both.

Do-Follow backlinks count towards your site's backlink profile and help give your site more authority to rank higher. They are what Google "sees" to base your site's authority and rank. They see it as who finds your site important enough to link to you. The stronger the authority (and relevancy) of the page that is giving you a do-follow backlink the better.

No-Follow backlinks are pretty much for driving traffic. No authority is passed through them to your site for rank, however, they are still important and effective for driving traffic to your site. No-follow links should definitely be focused on good content. If you post helpful, good, content on another blog or forum and that page is generating traffic then people who read your good content will find it useful enough to click your link and go to your page.

Another note on no-follow, even though the link itself doesn't really help from an seo standpoint, traffic and page views does help seo. Google will still see your page views and traffic and that will help serps as well.
