new website problem

Hi..
I m newbie..
I'm planing to built a website and I have prepared all contents for it.
My question :
Do you think it wise to upload and publish all of contents to that new website and will not making change them in the future?
or
Should I upload and publish them one by one?

    If you're talking about static pages, go ahead and upload them as long as it's a reasonable number.

    If you're talking about a blog, it's best to do that gradually so that you can take advantage of pinging and RSS feeds.

    To get your website indexed fast, I would recommend you to start a blog on your
    site(dynamic page). This can be with any blog software, but I think that WordPress is the best. And link your website's inner pages with blog.
