One Big thing need to know about on page please help

Hello, I have a confusion about on page. when I want to target a long tail keyword...will I make 1.5 to 2 % keyword density their ? Is this really right when I target keyword like ; how to lose weight fast ? Will I put this keyword 2 % time in a article ? If its impossible to bring that much times ...what should I do ? cause sometimes it looks very weird. thanks in advance.

  • acording me keyword density dosent matter to me you can put as many as time you want to put your target keyword the main thing is be meainingfull to user
  • 2% keyword density is too much and may be bordering on keyword stuffing. Keep your keyword density at 1% or less.
