Internal exact anchor text - worth it?

Hello,

i wanna rise a question,
as we know the use of exact anchor text is a question now in 2015,
we cannot use it repeatedly without getting the "penalty risk".
so i wanna ask do you guy still use internal exact anchor text on your websites on pages?

like your got an article on 1 page and u use "exact anchor text" parts in this article to link to other pages on your site.
the problem is that we are using the same exact anchor text (our main keyword) repeatedly on multiply articles etc.

do you think it is a problem in 2015? or acceptable?

  • If it's done correctly and fits in the content, then yes -- internal linking structure is still a factor.
  • Yes you can use internal linking using Anchor text as it will only engage user with-in your network (webiste)
  • I've never been penalised for using exact anchor text in internal links and I don't think Google penalises for that. A webmaster can link the way he wants within his site.

  • I feel you should always have relevant anchor text going to each page, and repeated when appropriate. You are over thinking this. Just build it for the users.
