Best course of action for a Clickbank eBook site

I have a Clickbank eBook selling for $97 in a very targeted niche. It is already proven to sell well, but I have very little traffic. If I could rank for this I could easily get 5-10 sales per day = $500-$1000 per day. At the moment it's just a 2-page site (salesletter and thank-you page).
My targeted keywords don't have much competition at all.
14,700 competing sites (keyword in quotes)
64,700 competing sites (keyword in quotes)
28,100 competing sites (keyword in quotes)
3,060 competing sites (keyword in quotes)
All the keywords are very similar, almost extensions of the same keyword.
Where do you suggest I start? I don't have time to do a lot of leg work, but I'm willing to pay for content or whatever I need.
What's the best course of action I could take in 2015 if I want to rank over the long-term?
