Expert wanted for website analysis - Indexing doesn't work

I have problems with my website. It drives me totaly crazy:
Indexing my pages doesn't work.
I was writing in another thread about it:

But nothing helps. And also the fetch tool doesn't help. I have just 70 pages in the Google index but about 150 provided. Nothing helps!
Where can I find an affordable expert checking my website to find the bug?
