Serpfox having crazy fluctuations

Has anyone else seen some insane fluctuations today on the local side?

It's showing drops and rises of 800 to 900 positions even though nothing has changed when I double check the ranking.

It's seems that their data center is having issues. The Serpfox support is saying that they are getting a lot of emails about the issue but I was curious if anyone else on here was seeing it.

    Update: Serpfox is down completely now. Can't believe nobody else has confirmed this. I guess I'm the only one that uses it.

      Yes, I saw some pretty big fluctuations this morning. SerpFox isn't down for me. And the rankings have returned to normal. And, when I check the graph of a keyword that I noticed earlier was way down, there's no datapoint on the graph for that drop - it's like it never happened.

      I think things are back to normal, as if nothing happened.

          I check it multiple times a day and have over a 100 campaigns and haven't seen any crazy fluctuations, neither did I saw it down at any time. Odd stuff.
