How to write meta desciption for ecommerce site product pages?

Hi Everyone, I have just started SEO on a jewelery eCommerce website. As of now, all the product pages description are same as the parent category page description. It is difficult to write unique description for all the product pages as it has thousands of products. What would you recommend ? Should I remove the meta description tag from all product pages or just leave the content field blank in meta description tag. Can the product specifications be dynamically called in meta description tag?

It is not necessary to create meta description of 1000 of your product pages. Just create a unique and compelling meta description and title for main and category pages. Moreover, Google can display the first two lines of product description in the search engine result page if, you don't write a meta description for your product pages. Thus, include keywords in the starting two lines of your product description.

Think about keywords
