Hi, I have a PR2 website and would like to sell a couple of links to someone in that niche. Where would I find people interested? Thanks for your help!

Hate to say it mate, but I'm sure you won't find anyone willing to pay you anything for one or two links. Reason being, is 1-2 PR2 links are completely meaningless in the whole scheme of SEO and won't help anyone with anything.
If you find anyone to give you one single cent, I'd be extremely surprised.

Plus anyone who has even the slightest clue about SEO can go out and get PR2 links (and higher) for free all day long.

Why not build the site out and try to earn from it ?

Thanks for the reply Simon. Really good information as I'm still fairly new to SEO. I've brought a couple of training programs, google sniper (which I didn't do well with), source-wave (which is really expensive to rank using all the software they tell you to buy) and now screw95 (which I think is really good!). Is there any other ways you have learnt SEO?

Learning SEO is a continuous process. you have to keep reading as many guides as you can to understand it. reading just one 1 or 2 eBooks isn't enough.

visit the WSO section on this forum and buy a couple of SEO training guides from vendors with good reputation.

you should learn keyword research, on page optimization and building backlinks e.t.c....

Is PR still relevant? I thought there will be no more updates and the page rank will become "obsolete" real soon. Most people care about Alexa rankings these day, or am I wrong?

Instead of selling them, you could exchange them, exchange networks still exist and well used can boost your results. Just take care of your backlink profile and don't overoptimize your keywords".

Put a gig on Fiverr as you can sell link for $5 and you will find many people who can buy a link from you. It's easy and secure way to find clients.
