Hi Guys

I have a personal project at the moment, I'm building a site on wordpress and I want to find out what would be the best plugin to use for wordpress to check the onsite SEO?

I use to use clickbump but this was 2 years ago or 2011/12.

So, what would you say was the best nowadays?

Look at the text version of the webpage, everything is plain as day.

For on-site SEO, I use All in One SEO Pack. WordPress SEO is a good one too but it contains too many options. I prefer simple plugins that can be configured in 1 minute.

  • SEO YOAST is the best among all.

    No bugs no issues.

  • I've used SEOpressor, but continually ran into snags/bugs and errors when getting it installed. Also didn't like how the score was generated with part of the formula includes bold, underlining and italicizing the keywords.

I switched to Yoast and love it. My pages do rank well and will show you the formula to crafting better SEO relevant content. I would love to be able to see it taken to the next level and allow you to compare your age to competitors for the keyword.

The one thing I don't like (compared to SEOPressor) is that Yoast only allows a single word or long tail phrase per page/post. SEOPressor allows you to design a page for up to 3 keywords/long tails.

I started off with that, but found it was more SEO for the entire site, not individual posts/pages.

      Has that changed?

I currently use the All In One Seo Pack and it has worked well for me. I have heard an awful lot about Yoast SEO plugin but I have never tried it. I heard it is one of the best SEO plugins available. Is it possible for me to switch from the All In One SEO plugin to Yoast SEO plugin without any problems?
