How to manage several sites?

I have one site and now I plan to start several new.

This site is on my Google webmaster central, on the same analytics and has the same youtube channel.

The problem is that I want new Youtube channel and also new mail for the next site.

Is that possible? Any problems with that? As far as I know Google allow only one account. OK, but my sites are totally different and they need totally different social accounts.

How this can be done easy and safe. Let me know.

    Well, that can be done easily if you have a Google plus, it's pretty simple. Set up a google plus. Go to youtube. Click on your username pic (dropdown menu). Click on Switch Account. Click on create a new account. Bam. You now have two youtube channels.

    Why you want to create new youtube account for EACH website? How can you build an authority if you do it from the beginning every time?
