Evaluating Authority

Today I was reading a SEO Beginners Guide there i see an statement "This means that you want to obtain links from pages that have a low number of
outbound links and a high amount of authority."

So My question is How would i know that which pages have low number of outbond links and high amount of authority?

  • Banned
    Count the followed outbound links on the backlink page & look at the backlink page internal/external link profile.

    Also look at the quality of the pages/domains where the links are pointing.
  • You don't have to go counting the nunber of outbound links on every single oage you want to get a link from. Just make sure you don't get links from spammed pages.
  • You just need to install PA DA toolbar, when ver you visit any website that toolbar will show DA, if website has good DA and related with your business then you should get backlinks from that website.
  • Use the MOZ bar to check for the DA (Domain authority) and PA (page authority). If you see anything above 30, then your're free to get links. Forget about the outbound links on the page.
