They are both good and I have used them on different sites. the 2nd one is by yoast and has a Page Analysis tool which is worth its weight in gold. It will remind you of some simple SEO items that you may be overlooking

I agree with SEO Power that you need to be more specific as there are many tools out there depending on your needs. For a start, the use of Wordpress plugins are beneficial.

Yoast is a must! But, not really sure if I understood you right.. Did you asked for plugins or softwares that can help you with SEO???
