  • Using Yoast, you can go into a page or post, optimize for a term. you can then "Change the term, and optimize for that.. then change again and optimize for that. Just because it will only do ONE at a time, does not mean you can not repeat the same process multiple times.

  • This is pretty easy to do. Check out this link for Yoast FAQs.

  • Look, you must no focus on those keywords that much. Since Google has announced that keyword density will have nothing to do in the Search Engine ranking from onwards. All you need to do is to use your keyword in your title, a two or three times in content, use it once or twice in your meta description and try to place it somewhere in your URL and you will be fine. The major factor for superior ranking on others is backlinks and social signals.
  • what do you mean by more than keyword, can u please elaborate your question. if you want to target more keywords in a particular page, then do not need to depend upon the plugin. Use keywords as you find appropriate. these day i dont think you have to depend upon the plugin. Use your own insights, keep updating fresh content.

  • I prefer the SEO Ultimate plugin.. It's free and very easy to install, configure, and use!
  • you can do that with yoast as well, but i think focused keyword is the best option. Anyways you can use all in one seo as well.
  • Each page/post should be targeted for a particular keyword, or keyword phrase. Make sure you use the same keyword in your title, meta description and content. Yoast will analyze the page/post and let you know if you have the proper title, meta description, and keyword. You should not optimize a page/post for multiple keywords. Keep it specific!

Don't forget about the Page Analysis in Yoast. It is worth its weight in gold. It will remind you of some simple SEO items that you may be overlooking. The Yoast team has done a really nice job of developing this plugin. I used to use All-in-One-SEO until I found Yoast.

  • All in One SEO WP plugin is a great alternative, it's easier to manage and gives you multiple options as well to optimise your posts.

  • I would recommend: SEO Ultimate
``The plugin gives you the ability to rewrite title tags, edit meta descriptions and help you use anchor text to create deeplinks. Some of the advanced functionality includes the rich snippet creator, author highlighter, link mask generator, canonicalizer, 404 monitor, permalink tweaker, slug optimizer and more.``

    • I prefer yoast personally, but All in one is great for those not wanting to write in-depth blogs, I use yoast to write articles.

  • No need to enter keywords in the plugin and improving ON page score within the plugin is useless. Google don't count Meta SEO keywords anymore.

Just make sure you entered the main KW in the article title and meta ...sprinkle the rest of the keywords (LSI) within the content. Keep everything natural ..really.

    • Focus Keyword on Yoast is a tool that goes through the article, and counts the instances of the keyword. It's not Meta Keywords, but a piece of functionality that may be helpful in some cases.

  • Best for SEO.... installed it https://yoast.com/wordpress/plugins/seo/

  • I would recommend you to use ALL in one SEO Plugin than Yoast. Its better and with more functions.

  • Seeing how everyone recommends you switch from yoast to other plugins must be confusing!
In any case, what I can tell you is that using more SEO plugins is probably useless, if you like Yoast, stick with it, if you don't like it, then try another plugin, but the idea is one is enough!

  • Your keyword plan should have given you some suggestion what you want to write about. In our WordPress plugin for SEO you will locate a drop down menu which supplements your access with suggestions.
  • I am using all in one seo.
  • Add your keyword separated by comma.
However, it won't give you the green sign but it's good to go.
  • Yoast and All in One SEO equally good, I've used both. I felt on my web, Yoast more leverage than the All in One SEO. This is just a personal opinion and does not intend to compare a product. CMIIW
  • I suggest all in seo, is the best wordpress plugin for your blogs.
  • 25 replies, and the only good ones were mine and the link to the FAQ.

Why do you comment on something if you don't want to read the question, or don't know how the plugin works? Extra points to that guy who just chimed in to tell us that he doesn't use the plugin.
