Is it Negative SEO on my Website !!!!, Please help...

Hi Community members,
I have a Wordpress blog named blog[DOT]telesystemscorp[DOT]com which already linked with it's official website. In recent time (from January 2015) i have noticed that some unwanted links pointing to my blog. I think in Chinese language in blog comments and targeted my blog page/post that i have never posted/updated.
These pages are little with confusing (blog[DOT]telesystemscorp[DOT]com/?tags=ferragamo-belt-buckle , blog[DOT]telesystemscorp[DOT]com/?tags=ferragamo-oxford-united) and so on. When you open these pages, more similar links will find.
Someone says it can be malware attack, but how i getting unwanted links with these targeted pages. When i searched these targeted pages in Google, they are not indexed.
Now my keyword ranking goes down on main keywords day by day.
1) Is it fits in Negative SEO category.
2) How i recover from that kind of pages.
3) Can i disavow these links.
Please suggest helpful tips from your side.
